It's time we had a frank discussion about American Whiskey. Bourbon? Rye? Tennessee sour mash? Lets taste these bad boys and find out what makes them different and when and what to mix with them.
The technique portion will re-visit stirring and we will discuss the delicate masterpiece that is the rye Sazerac, as well as the proper way to make a Bourbon mint julep. Heck, we may even find something to do with Tennessee whiskey.
