You must have taken Fundamentals of Mixology (101) to take this class.
Join us on Saturday, November 16th for our first ever Mixology 201: Mezcal and Tequila. Many people have a love/hate relationship with the agave spirits, but we are going to walk you through the process of how these uniquely Mexican spirits are made, what separates a tequila from a mezcal, and how they work in cocktails. You will be treated to a welcome glass of punch as the discussion of agave unfolds, as well as a spirits tasting to identify areas of denomination, before learning how to make two cocktails: the Martinez and the El Diablo.
The fine print: You must be 21 years old with valid identification to attend this class. You do not need a printed copy of your ticket, reservations are under the name of the person who purchased the ticket. You may gift your tickets, but please make sure the attending party knows the name of the person who purchased the tickets. We do not permit add-ons, walk-ins, or others to wait in the bar. There is a no-refund policy in effect 72 hours before the start of the class.
