More Opening Day Shots…

Here’s a great write up of our first day by Evan.  He also took all the pictures, which came out really well, considering.

Soft Open

Friends,

Last night, the 4th of October, the Sugar House officially opened it doors.  Chuck and Dave, backed by the lovely and talented Corey, made drinks for about 100 people over seven hours, to nothing less than rave fucking reviews.  Our thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate this momentous occasion.

If you missed out on the action, our good friend Marvin Shaouni took some killer shots, such as the one above, which can be found on his site.

We were planning on opening tonight, Wednesday, but the owner had her own momentous plans that did not agree with ours.  Our apologies to those of you who attempted to visit us, but nature, as Jeff Goldblum said in Jurassic Park, has a way of making it’s own plans.  Or something.  Honestly, it’s been fucking years since I’ve seen that movie. Nevertheless, we plan to re-open this Friday, for the real reals.

Here’s a sneak pizzeak at the menu from last night, which will more or less be our initial fall menu…
